Send anything back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. If we sent the wrong item or it turned up damaged, we cover the shipping both ways.

Covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover chewing, digging, or ordinary wear. Dogs are hard on gear, and we would rather say so up front than argue about it later.
